Multicultural Rotorua in association with Whakarewarewa-The Living Thermal Village invite Rotorua migrants and newcomers to a 3-hour Maori cultural experience and language learning at Whakarewarewa-The Living Thermal Village at Tryon Street. Learn a Maori word or phrase and celebrate Maori Language Week (26 July-01 Aug). Theme: Te Mahi Kai -The Language of Food. You are invited to a hangi. Arrive at 9:45am, Tour starts at 10am, Cultural Show at 11:15am and the Hangi at 12noon. Cost $12.
